Cake consultations and tastings are currently availableonly for weddings. We recommend scheduling tastings during weekdays, but we will try to accommodate weekend requests based on our availability. Alternatively, our cupcakes showcase the same cake recipes used in our custom cakes.

We highly recommend delivery for large and specialty cakes to ensure safe transport to your event venue. Delivery fees are based on your location and time of delivery. 

For self-pickup, we cannot be held liable for damages after pickup, as we offer delivery to guarantee a perfect arrival at your venue.

A custom cake goes beyond our standard offerings. It can include:

• Handmade sugar decorations like flowers or figurines
• Intricate designs and details
• Tiered cakes and wedding cakes
• Delivery to your event venue (subject to availability)

Custom cakes take time and artistry to create. We require a minimum of10 to 14 days' notice, depending on the complexity of your design. This ensures we can secure materials, handcraft decorations, and dedicate the necessary time to fulfill your order. Wedding cakes require 4 months' notice. 

Your deposit secures your event date, allows us to order materials, and compensates us for turning down other bookings to focus on your cake. Deposits are non-refundable as they represent our commitment to your order. Deposits are only for custom orders.
